The VIK Hotel Cayena Beach is a 5 star resort that shares facilities with the VIK hotel Arena Blanca. There is a children club available for kids from 2 to 12 years old to keep your kids entertained. This complex is located just in front of the Bavaro beach. The resort has 47 junior deluxe suites.

You will be able to go to the international a la carte restaurant El Cano plus 2 more buffets and 2 other a la carte restaurants from the Arena Blanca resort.

The 47 Junior deluxe rooms are beautifully decorated with chairs and wooden cabinets. The maximum capacity for the rooms is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. All rooms are full equipped with Jacuzzi, air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, terrace, 2 bedrooms with a sofa bed, a double bed, and twin beds. You can also find a mini bar, a safety box, telephone, iron and ironing board. The rooms are wonderfully ideal for a small family. Mosquitoes can be a bit of a problem so remember the repellent.

The pool is very good looking with plenty of shade to enjoy. The beach is very well cleaned and many areas where you can sit.

The chicken in the buffet is one of the best choices to make. La Trattoria an Italian a la carte restaurant serve wonderful pasta dishes. Bucanero, the Argentine a la carte restaurant, provides a good variety of meats. El Cano a la carte restaurant offers great international cuisine to satisfy the taste of everybody. La Proa is a great restaurant with fantastic sea food and international cuisine unfortunately is not part of the all inclusive package.

No reservations is required for the a la carte restaurants but you must still follow the dress code which is casual elegant.

The VIK Hotel Cayena Beach got plenty of activities. Tennis courts, volleyball, diving, golf, parasailing, snorkeling, boogie boarding, horseback riding and catamaran are among the awesome activities that you can carry out. You can take part of several tours like the one to Saona Island where you will be able to swim in the sea. If you go on the tours to the shopping mall prepared to be harassed by vendors.
