Positive Sivory Punta Cana Reviews:                                                                  

• In general, the service is really good, the staff is efficient, friendly, and helpful.
   
• The rooms are very clean and organized.

• The Spa treatments are highly recommended by many guests.

• Drinks like piņa colada are made with fresh fruits, and there are many drinks to choose from.

• This is an all inclusive hotel, that means all food and drinks are free (depending on the plan you choose).

• The pool is very clean and the beach is also great to relax.

Not so Positive...

• Some of the guests complain about bug bites, while other guests have stayed at the same resort and have never had a problem with bug bites. (Don't forget to take with you a bug repellent, just in case)

• The ride from the airport to the hotel is about 2 hours, and the road condition is not the best.

• If you can afford it, and if you don't want to wait 2 hours to get to your hotel, you can go by helicopter. The cost is approximately $150 per person.

•  The service at restaurants are a little bit slow.
