Punta Cana Weather in February

We are planning to travel to the IFA Bavaro Village Resort and Spa for two weeks beginning Feb 7th 2011.

We have two questions:

1. What should we expect in regards to the weather? How many rainy days would be estimated?

2. For medical emergencies are there emergency staff, doctors close by?
