Rooms were unsecured and could easily be broken into. I felt very unsafe because of this. The rooms were dirty and many things in the room were broken, including our ceiling fan. It took three days to have it fixed. The food was fair. My husband had a minor accident and needed medical attention. We had to wait for the "doctor" to finish breakfast. The tennis courts were a joke!
On the positive side, most of the staff tried very hard to make our stay pleasant. They are to be commended for working at a resort that obviously cares very little for the comfort and safety of its guests.
