Some holidays like: Duarte's Day, Labor Day, Epiphany, and Restoration Day are moved to Monday (before the day it actually falls) if they fall on Tuesday or Wednesday. Those days are moved to the next Monday depending if they fall on Thursday, Friday, or Sunday.
