Grand Palladium Punta Cana
The Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort is an amazing 4 star resort which offers many interesting features. This all inclusive resort is somewhat big with a nice amount of 451 rooms and is also located at 25 miles from the Punta Cana airport. The Grand Palladium Punta Cana is a sister property of the Grand Palladium Palace and they share some of the facilities. This resort seems more oriented toward couples, families and in a lesser way to the singles. Even that the place doesn’t have a wild nightlife precisely a lot of fun can still be found. For walking around the resort sometimes is better to walk than wait for the trolley which can take even more time to show up than the time it takes to get to the desired place. The overall service is good of course the greater the tip the better it will be.
Rooms
The rooms at the Grand Palladium Punta Cana resort are usually spotless and well organized courtesy of the maid. The coffee tables and small lamps give the place a nice touch. The maids usually keep some fresh flowers and fruit in the room but in order to keep the stuff fresh is necessary to leave a tip otherwise they won’t be very cooperative. The musty smell as usual can be taken care with a deodorizer which is another needed item for vacationing there.
Pool and Beach
One of the main attractions of this resort is the pools they have which are very good. It has 2 big pools with amazing swim-up bars. There are a lot of chairs and umbrellas around the pool which offers some nice shade. The water in the pool is quite refreshing and warm at the same time. Some people find it too warm and others too cold but the reality is that the temperature of it is just right. As usual getting up early is a requirement to get the best spots but depending of your taste you might to trade with the beach.
Food
Normally the a la carte restaurants are only open for dinner at around 7 to 10 pm. The breakfast and lunches are eaten in the buffets and snack bars near the beach. Overall the taste of the food is great in all the restaurants even when in some cases there were some cold food and not very well cooked meat but that could be easily be solved by asking another plate. Remember making reservations for the a la carte restaurants as early as you can and the usual dressing code for them.
Entertainment There is plenty to do in this wond
You can find 2 theaters in here where the animators will perform several shows and involve the audience in them. The Michael Jackson show is one of their specialties as they perform it very well. You can always go the casino for night of opportunity and excitement or dance in the disco at the rhythm of the DJ’s wild music.
