The Grand Bahia Principe Punta Cana resort is a complex surrounded with tall coconut palms and a huge pool area that gives the resort a very relaxing atmosphere.
The resort is located at 20 km from the Punta Cana International Airport (30 minutes away by car) and 70 km away from the La Romana airport (1 hour away by car). This 5 star resort is located over a beautiful white sand beach that extends over 500,000 square meters. Marvelous gardens decorate the resort walking areas for the people to enjoy its magical view. The resort posses 6 a la carte restaurants with different specialties, 708 junior suites, many snack bars, kids club, discotheque, casino and more. Rooms
This
amazing resort has 708 spacious junior suites and each one of them is
equipped with 2 full beds or a king size bed, sofa-bed, air
condition, ceiling fan, bathroom fully equipped with jacuzzi, hair
dryer, satellite TV, phone, safety box (extra fee), minibar, high
speed internet and a balcony. The Grand Bahia Principe Punta Cana All
Inclusive also has 12 fully equipped rooms
for handicapped people.
Pool and Beach
The
beach in front of the resort is beautifully clean with crystal clear
waters and snow white sand. The beach is 500 meters wide and it
extends 500,000 square meters. It has very few algae and is perfect
for practicing water sports. The giant pool located in front of the
resort is wonderfully decorated with stones and alluring palm trees
surrounding it and is divided into several sections; some of them are
perfect for the kids to play.
Food
The Grand Bahia Principe Punta Cana has international buffet and 6 different a la carte restaurants to enjoy your meals. The all inclusive part will cover 3 dinners with reservation per week of stay in any of the a la carte restaurants.
Shirt with long pants is the dressing code for men and for women a casual dress is fine. You will find Japanese cuisine in the “Mikado” restaurant, The Garden grill restaurant will prepare all kind grilled meat, The Mexican restaurant “El Charro” will be available for breakfast and lunch too with the Mexican cuisine and the traditional tequila, Restaurant “El Pescador” specializes in seafood and will be open for breakfast and lunch as well and finally we have the Italian restaurant “Il Capriccio” with the best Italian cuisine. All the a la carte restaurants are only open for dinner unless otherwise stated.

Entertainment
The
Grand Bahia Principe Punta Cana All Inclusive will provide Marina spa,
disco,
casinos, different sport bars, karaoke lounge and more. The all
inclusive plan covers all meals, snacks, drinks, house wine,
cocktails in the restaurants and bars of the resort. Also you will be
able to practice land sports like tennis, mountain biking, football,
basketball, volleyball, aerobics and dance lessons. Water sports
include windsurfing, boogie boarding and kayaks. Motorized water
sports like banana boats, jet skis, waterskiing, boat and fishing
excursions and diving school will be charged extra. The disco will be
available for the clients over 18 years old. There will be also a
casino and different night shows with tropical live music. This
resort doesn’t have a wild nightlife so is more oriented for
families and couples.
