The Punta Cana
Excellence resort is one of the favorites for many reasons:
great service, restaurants, food, etc.
Positive
reviews:
- The resort area is very clean: rooms,
beaches, restaurants, pools,
etc.
- Customer service is great, too. You will feel pampered since the
first day.
- Many tourists agree about something: you should visit "The Lobster
House" restaurant.
- This resort is highly recommended for couples and honeymooners.
- Since no children are allowed, some consider this as positive because
of the relaxing environment.
- The mini bar is always stocked with water, soda, etc.
Not
So Positive...
- Beds: Some tourists complain about how hard and uncomfortable
the mattress is.
- If you are single and "looking", this resort may not be the right one
for you. You will probably see couples literally "everywhere".
- The distance from the Punta Cana Airport to the resort is about 1
hour ride. For many this is just a "small" problem, but when
they get there they realized that the long ride was not so long after all.
