Deciding between 3 resorts

My wife and I have whittled our choice down between 3 resort spots: Ocean Blue Hotel, Sirenis Cocotal Beach Resort and Catalonia Bavaro Resort. We are approx 47 yrs old, no kids so more interested in a couples retreat than family. We love gambling, all inclusive and spending afternoons at the pool bars but don't want to spend a fortune for the trip and don't mind exercising while I'm away. Guess I'm looking for better info to compare the fitness, casinos and pool bars available to help make our final decisions.

All the resorts that you mentioned are all inclusive, have a casino and a place to exercise. They also have 2 pool bars with the exception of the Catalonia Bavaro that has only one pool bar. You and your wife can also consider the Catalonia Royal Bavaro which is for adults only, unlike the other 3 resorts that have all kinds of travelers (families with children, couples, individuals). The Catalonia Royal is also a 5 star resort like the ones in your pre-selection and you will be able to enjoy the facilities of the Catalonia Bavaro resort as well.
