My fiancé and I would like to get married on a Sunday is it possible to wed that day legally.

Hello Terry,

If you are planning to have a civil wedding you should know that most of the resorts don't perform legal wedding on Sundays. You should contact the coordinator and verify that prior making any plans.

You can also consider getting married in your country and then have a symbolic ceremony in Punta Cana on a Sunday.

If you are Catholic you can make arrangements with the wedding coordinator to have the marriage celebrated at the resort by a father or at the Basilica of Our Lady of Altagracia.
