Concierge Service

I upgraded to a junior suite at Grand Oasis Punta Cana. I can see by the pictures how the room looks... nice. My question, however, is that the junior suite upgrade includes private concierge service.... What exactly does that mean to me as a traveler in practical terms? Does it really imply much better service?

The private concierge service refers to a person assigned to you which you can call for whatever you need, like making reservations.

You are also supposed to get the things or situations resolved a lot faster (than regular service) from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
